The ability to create Task is one of the most powerful features in the portal because it allows you to create and manage tasks for your clients, staff members and yourself!
Whether the task is for your client to upload an important document, or acknowledge an item, it helps you notify clients and keep track of what needs to be done with automated follow up reminders for the tasks at hand.
Note: Only File Uploads and Acknowledgements are editable via the Tasks screen. Document Signing requests cannot be modified once sent to clients. Please view our help content on Signature Requests.
To edit a Task:
1. Navigate to Tasks.
2. Find the Task you would like to edit and click on the 3 vertical dots (⋮) under the Action column > 'Edit'.
3. Once opened, you can edit any of the information as needed. Make your changes and then click 'Save'.
To delete a Task:
1. Navigate to Tasks.
2. Find the Task you would like to delete and click three dot icon ⋮ under the Action column> 'Delete'.
3. Confirm to delete the task.
4. After deletion, a message will appear confirming it was successful.
