Please note that you are unable to complete a task on behalf of a client - only tasks assigned to your staff profile can be completed.

To complete a task
When you're assigned a task (whether by a client or a staff member), you'll have a notification showing on the bell icon at the top right of screen. You can access the specific task by clicking on it from the notification drop-down.
You can also access tasks via the 'Tasks' option in the left-side navigation menu.
Dependent on the type of task, they can be completed via the following process:
Acknowledgement
Select either 'Acknowledge' or 'Decline'.
If you decline, you'll be prompted to provide an (optional) reason, which will then be provided to the assignee.
Doc Upload
- Drag and drop or upload the requested document from your computer in the dedicated field.
- Optionally select/create a folder within the client's portal where the document should be uploaded.
- Select 'Upload and complete' (alternatively, you can select to 'Decline' the request, and optionally provide a reason for this).
Doc Signing
'Sign now' will take you through to DocuSign to complete the eSignature request
'Download Zip' allows you to download the document only (note: the document with an evidence summary can be download entirely once completed).
