The ability to create tasks like completing forms, uploading documents or other reminders is one of the most powerful features in the portal. The portal allows you to create and manage tasks for your clients, staff members and yourself but also sends reminders automatically- reducing your follow up!
To add a Task:
1. Navigate to Tasks
2. Click "Add Task"
3. Choose the type of task you want to create :
- File Upload : requesting for the person to upload a file or document required
- Doc Signing : requesting a document to be digitally signed
- Acknowledgement : requesting a task to be completed or something to be addressed
4. Once a task type is chosen, complete the information as requested in the side bar or doc sign window.

5. Once completed, you can save file upload and acknowledgement requests as a draft(if you are not quite finished preparing what is required) or add by clicking "Add".
6.The person who has been assigned the task will begin to receive notifications. Notifications are sent as emails and push notifications through the mobile app.
7. All tasks for all clients/entities assigned to you will be able to be viewed in the task list.
