If you ever need to remove a business/es from the integration, the following help article will run you through processing this.
Warning: If a Business connection is deleted, all data previously imported from Class for that Business—including Business Contacts, Funds, and Fund Contacts—will be removed during the next overnight sync.
To disconnect your integration
- In your Partner Portal, navigate to Integrations > Integration setup
- Select 'Manage' within the Class tile:
- A slide-out window will then populate with a list of the business/es linked via the integration. Select 'Disconnect' from the Actions column of the relevant Business you'd like to perform a sync for.
- When you choose to disconnect a Business connection, a pop-up message will appear outlining the consequences of this action. If you're happy to proceed, simply click ‘Disconnect’ to confirm.
- Once a Business connection is disconnected, it will be queued for deletion. This process will be completed during the next overnight sync, and all associated data imported from Class will be removed.
