If you have sent a document to your client for signing and no longer require the signature or you sent it in error, you can quickly and easily delete the document and/or E-Signature request.
To delete the E-Signature request and document/s:
NOTE: Deleting the E-Signature request and document will delete the E-Signature task and will also delete the document from the client's portal.
1. From the Dashboard, navigate to E-Signatures
2. From the 'Pending' list, locate the E-Signature request you want to delete. Click 'the three dots under Actions' and select either 'Delete package only' or 'Delete package and files'.
Delete package only: Only the E-Signature request will be deleted - the signing documents will still be uploaded against the client's portal
Delete package and files: This option will delete both the E-Signature request and the signing documents from the client's portal.
3. A pop-up box will appear, select 'Yes, delete':
4. The E-Signature request and document/s are now deleted and a confirmation message will appear.
